My story
FUN FACT- I've moved houses 23 times in my life
My love of photography began with my Grandparent's slide machine (...eek showing my age!). I enjoyed being taken on their family holidays and moments that I could never experience myself through their photos.
But what actually fuelled my passion was never being able to stay in one place for very long and by no choice of my own. I quickly learnt at a young age that by taking photos, it gave me the chance to hold on to a memory long after it had gone.
I was taught photography using film and developing in a darkroom and I love the imperfection of 35mm film. This is why you'll the nuances of that look in the digital images I create.
I'm a wife and a mum to 3 boys and a girl (which is where the name 'Three and You' came from).
I understand how important it is for you to document this time in your life. This crazy, messy, ever changing, challenging and special time.
...And as you can see my kids don't smile on cue or stay still either, but this is a perfect, imperfect photo of us.
